We finish the year with a look ahead to the key employment law changes that will be coming into force in 2017 and 2018. Some of these changes are a result of the 2016 Autumn statement, whilst others have been in the pipeline for some time.
Employers and HR professionals will need to be aware of these upcoming changes; we suspect many organisations will be impacted by some (if not all) of the changes below.
