COVID-19 Statement, 1 March 2021

At Wilsons we want to keep you updated on how we are responding to the COVID-19 pandemic. 

The safety and wellbeing of our team, clients and contacts – and their families – remains our paramount concern.

Most of our team has been working remotely since March last year. They are supported by a small group of volunteers, who attend our offices to carry out essential tasks which cannot be done from home. With this combination, we are able to provide all of our services to support you, your families and organisations in the usual way.  

Although our offices in Salisbury and London are closed to the public for the time being, we are still very much open for business. Client appointments are taking place via telephone or video conference and, if an in person meeting is essential, we will explore ways of accommodating this. 

Our senior leadership team meets regularly online to respond to evolving Government advice and to deploy contingency plans as appropriate. This will happen for the duration of the pandemic.  

Business continues - as it must in these challenging times. We would like to thank our loyal clients and dedicated team for supporting Wilsons.

Client Feedback 

As a firm, we are working within the COVID guidelines to offer the same full service that our clients are used to. We will adapt our policies in line with the Government's guidance as it changes. We welcome any feedback you might want to offer, particularly where it might help improve our service levels. Please contact me directly here.
