Andrew Farley


Andrew Farley is a consultant in our Tax & Trusts team. He studied law at Bristol University, and was a partner at Boodle Hatfield before joining Wilsons as a partner in 2003, where he continued to specialise in all forms of private client work and taxation. 

Andrew was one of the original authors of Tolley's "Administration of Trusts" and continued to contribute to that title for many years.  He also wrote chapters on capital gains tax and capital allowances for "Revenue Law: Principles and Practice", and updated these annually for several years. He is a member of STEP and the Association of Pension Lawyers.

In his spare time Andrew enjoys the opera, cricket, amateur horticulture, and wines.
