Andrew Wiltshire

Director of Best Practice

Andrew is primarily responsible for optimising client care. If things do not go to plan he is the person to whom formal complaints should be addressed. Andrew trained and qualified with Wilsons in 1980 and has remained with the firm for all of his professional life.  He was Head of Litigation for many years and his practice specialised in trust and agricultural holdings disputes. In 2000 he became our first full time managing partner and he stepped down from that position in 2006.

Andrew deals with all matters relating to our Professional Indemnity Cover and is also the person responsible for ensuring that we comply with the regulations issued by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. This range of responsibilities is wrapped up under the title of Director of Best Practice. He also acts a trustee on a number of agricultural estates.

Andrew has a wide ranging interest in natural history and is an award winning wildlife photographer. He is also a committed long distance walker, having walked the 301 miles of the Cornish coast path and regularly visiting the peaks of Snowdonia.
