Margaret is an employment law practitioner in our London office. Margaret qualified as a solicitor in 1983 and initially specialised in a mixture of employment law and civil dispute resolution. Before joining Wilsons Margaret was for 20 years a partner of Fieldfisher LLP and member of its Employment Practice which she at one time headed up including being the leader of its European Employment practice.

Margaret has extensive experience of employment and discrimination law issues, including undertaking advocacy in the Employment Tribunals. Her work has ranged from recruitment to termination, transfers of undertakings (TUPE), restrictive covenants and post-termination protection, redundancy consultation at the national and international level as well as directors duties and employee fraud.

For employees, Margaret primarily advises at the executive level, assisting in recruitment/terms and conditions, work-place disputes and exits.
