Preservation of Fertility in Women Undergoing Medical Treatment

The British Fertility Society has issued some guidelines on saving the fertility of women who undergo treatment such as chemotherapy.  The guidelines cover options such as freezing unfertilised eggs, embryo preservation and freezing and transplantation of ovarian tissue.

This can also provide the possibility for transgender people to have a child which is biologically related to them.
