Employment Rights Act 2025: The latest!
The Employment Rights Act 2025 came into force in December of last year and we are now at a crucial point with many significant changes due to come into force later this year and early 2027.
We invite you to join us for an update covering the changes that have taken effect so far this year, including those due to take effect on 30 October, the important changes from 1 January 2027 and a brief look to the future. We will be focussing on the practical steps that you can take to prepare for:
- The new obligations to prevent sexual harassment, including by third parties
- The introduction of rights for trade unions to access to workplaces
- Changes to the law on unfair dismissal
- 'Fire and rehire' protections
The briefing will be followed by a Q&A session, giving you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
