Senior Associate, Sophia Zand, has written an article for People Management, where she provides guidance for employers on alleviating the risks posed by increased use of artificial intelligence.
Sophia writes: "There is a growing fear that, without regulation, AI will fundamentally disrupt the jobs market. And, while AI (currently) remains largely unregulated, employers will need to carry out risk assessments and ensure that concerns around data protection, adequate training and AI accuracy have been addressed and considered before AI software and tools are implemented."
