ChatGPT mimics human conversations and can be used in almost every organisation. Writing letters to customers, answering questions and preparing contracts are just a few examples of what it can do. But it's not without risk.
Sophia writes: "ChatGPT is an extraordinary tool and employers of all sizes will need to consider their stance on its usage as its technology continues to grow."
