Congratulations to our Schools team who join some of the big legal players in the education sector by being ranked in the 2021 edition of Chambers UK.

The directory conducts independent research into law firms through interviews with clients and peers, using their findings to reflect firms' overall technical ability, client service and professional conduct.

Chambers says of Wilsons in the education sector:

Particularly known for representing independent schools, as well as academies, grammar schools and other educational institutions. Key areas of expertise include safeguarding, data protection and reputation management. Also adept at assisting with admissions, governance and funding arrangements, drawing upon knowledge of adjacent fields including employment, real estate and charity law.

Another client said: "They are prompt at addressing any issues that I have and have a good grasp of the current challenges that I’m facing."

Stephen Oxley, Head of the Schools team at Wilsons says: "Our schools practice has grown considerably over the last couple of years and much of this is down to the hard work and determination of senior associate Vicky Wilson who, despite these trying times, has worked tirelessly to support our clients and provide them with the outstanding support they have come to expect from us."
