Emma Litchfield

Emma is a senior associate in our Probate & Estate Administration team having joined Wilsons in September 2018. She studied English Literature at Durham University and then completed her GDL and LPC at The University of Law in London. Emma qualified in September 2017 having trained with a firm in North Dorset.

Examples of the work Emma carries out includes:

• The administration of both taxable and non- taxable estates
• Preparation of lasting powers of attorney and then dealing with their registration with the Office of the Public Guardian
• Registration of enduring powers of attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian
• Wills and estate planning

In her spare time she enjoys running, reading and showing her support for the Miami Dolphins American football team.
