Louis Palmer

Louis is the IT manager at Wilsons.

Louis is responsible for the day-to-day management of IT infrastructure and systems at Wilsons, bringing over 16 years' experience in IT to the role. Having begun his career in managed IT services, he developed broad expertise delivering technology solutions to organisations across a range of sectors, advising on infrastructure, security, and service delivery. Louis joined the firm in 2026 and works closely with the Director of IT and Workplace Services to ensure the firm's technology environment is secure and resilient. He has expertise in Microsoft 365, virtualisation, and cyber security compliance.

Outside of work Louis enjoys tabletop gaming, long walks with his dog and spending time with family and friends.
