Stickman Technology acquires ip-Xchange

Wilsons' Corporate & Commercial team have acted for the shareholders of ip-Xchange Limited, a leading technology provider in the co-working, hospitality and flexible workspace sectors, on the sale of the entire issued share capital of the company to South Coast based Stickman Technology Limited (part of the CP Holdings group). Stickman Technology and ip-Xchange have joined forces to establish the merged group as the leading technology solution and service provider in the sectors in which it operates.

Ip-Xchange's Managing Director, Kevin Winstanley, said: "It was great working with Mark and Stephen again.  This is the second time we have sold a business with Wilsons' legal support, and as always the team were intuitive to the needs of both the buyer and seller which is really important in keeping the balance and integrity of the deal during the closing stages".

The transaction was led by Corporate & Commercial Partner Stephen Whitmore, with support from Corporate & Commercial Senior Associate Mark Cook.
