Senior Commercial Property Solicitor

We are looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor with significant experience advising on large and often complex transactions, to join our highly regarded team at Wilsons. 

As a technically strong Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you'll provide expert guidance to our clients,  dealing with the sale, purchase or letting of substantial rural properties and businesses. 

Transactions range from £500,000 - £50m and can include leases, licences, contracts, options, promotion agreements, surrenders, conditional contracts, joint ventures and similar structures.

Your wealth of experience specialising in this area of law will serve you well when managing high quality, complex matters.
