Role overview

To help further your career as a property lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work alongside and learn from members of the Property team that are recognised specialists in their sectors.

We are looking for a lawyer with a solid grounding in property law and an interest in commercial and/or rural property.

 

The work you'll be doing

  • You'll work predominantly for private clients and collaborate with all members of the wider Property team
  • Advising on large and often complex transactions dealing with the sale, purchase or letting of substantial rural properties and businesses and some development work. Transactions range from £500,000 - £50m and can include options, promotion agreements, surrenders, conditional contracts, joint ventures and similar structures.
  • Solely managing transactions and client relationships.
