Tax exam success and dual qualification

1 February 2022

Associates Jessica Broxup, Christopher Bull and Ben Smith have all passed their Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) and Association of Tax Technicians (ATT) exams.

Jessica took her final CTA exams in November and December and is now qualified to be a Chartered Tax Adviser and just has the registration process to go through. Having completed modules covering Inheritance tax, Trusts and Estates and the Taxation of Owner Managed Businesses, Jess is now dual qualified as a solicitor and a tax adviser at the highest level. This is a huge achievement. Few solicitors have this qualification as it takes a vast number of hours over and above client work for many years to achieve it, not to mention a considerable amount of brain power.

Christopher has passed his first Association of Tax Technicians exam with flying colours. Chris is already a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds an additional STEP qualification in advising offshore clients, which is Chris' specialism.

Ben is already a member of the Association of Tax Technicians and he has now passed a further CTA exam.

Huge congratulations to all three of them.
