Wilsons advises on the sale of Merchant Gourmet to Premier Foods

The Wilsons' cross-firm team was led by Corporate partners, Mark Cook and Sian Scanlon, supported by Associate Abby Wild, Solicitor Meg Sumner and Company Secretarial specialist Sam Miller. Corporate Tax support was provided by Ben Smith, with Dominic Ogden providing Commercial Property support.  Wilsons worked closely alongside Piper Sandler and Azets who also advised on the transaction.
