Work placements

It is something of a cliché but it's absolutely true – there are very few firms which offer such a great work-life balance. I spend my days doing complex work for interesting clients, but I get to leave the office at a sensible time to see my family. I also genuinely like every single person I work with, and I think there are few workplaces where you could say that.

I came to Wilsons for work experience initially whilst I was at university, and the firm was really welcoming and friendly. Everyone was very approachable and seemed genuinely interested in helping me make the most of my work experience opportunity which encouraged me to apply for a training contract. Once I had completed my training, I was keen to stay with Wilsons because I’d really enjoyed the work I’d been doing and the team I’d been working with.
