We are delighted to announce the following promotions effective from 1 April 2026:

Natasha Letchford - promoted to Partner

Natasha joined the Employment team in September 2017 having completed her training at the firm, and since then, she has developed strong technical expertise. Combining this with pragmatism and good communications skills, she is a trusted adviser to our employment clients.  She also provides vital support across the firm, particularly for the Corporate, Commercial and Charities team and the Court of Protection team.

Jessica May - promoted to Partner

Jessica joined the Contentious Trusts and Probate team from Lester Aldridge as an associate in March 2017 and she was promoted to senior associate in 2021.  She advises charities and individuals on (mainly) contentious probate matters with some trust disputes as well.  Jess is responsible for supervising our legacy recovery service; a debt recovery type service to chase up charitable legacies which has recovered hundreds of thousands of pounds for our charity clients.

Leah Ringwood-Hoare - promoted to Partner

Leah joined Wilsons as a trainee and has exceeded expectations by a large margin at every level throughout her career.  As a member of the Court of Protection team, Leah's client service, both external and internal, is exceptional.  The excellent relationships that Leah has built with referrers in the Court of Protection sector are a strong source of instructions for new work for the team, as well as the wider firm.

Emma Litchfield - promoted to Senior Associate

Emma joined the Probate team in 2017 shortly after qualifying as a solicitor. Having completed her STEP qualification some time ago, Emma has experience and expertise in the administration of all kinds of estates, and she covers all the other work done by team as well.  Emma delivers exceptional client service and clients appreciate not only her technical ability but also her personable style and the fact that she is always willing to go the extra mile.

Abby Wild - promoted to Senior Associate

Abby joined the Corporate, Commercial and Charities team on qualification in 2018.  Since her promotion to Associate in 2023, Abby has continued to build her expertise and experience across all areas of the practice.  In addition to supporting the partners on larger M&A transactions, she has developed a particular expertise on corporate restructuring, which requires excellent technical knowledge, as well as using her understanding of both company and charity law to advise corporate charities.

"Many congratulations to Abby, Emma, Leah, Natasha and Jess.  Well done to you all - thanks for your valuable contributions and your commitment to the firm and our clients." Mike Parker, Managing Partner.
