The Law Society Gazette has published an article by Partner, Graham Coy, on what has changed in the one year since the 'no-fault' divorce.
Has the 'no-fault' reform made a lot of difference? Although the new process hoped to provide a less confrontational approach to divorce, in reality there are still teething problems and difficulties.
Graham comments: "We are seeing an increase in clients instructing us who submitted their own application and did not give thought to how the finances were to be resolved."
