Alexandra is an associate in our Property & Commercial Litigation team. She studied Russian language and literature at university, and qualified as a solicitor in 2013 (having previously worked as a paralegal for a specialist landlord and tenant firm in Hampshire for 6 years), before joining Wilsons in 2016.
Alexandra specialises in landlord and tenant litigation and her work includes advising on tenancy disputes, possession claims (including squatter and trespasser actions), disrepair and dilapidations claims, lease renewals, lease extensions, service charge and deposit disputes. She also has experience with other property litigation work including boundary disputes, rights of way and restrictive covenants. Alexandra acts for both landlords and tenants and advises individuals, as well as residential property management agents and landed estates.
In addition to her litigation work Alexandra advises on all aspects of residential and commercial tenancy work and keeps a close eye on recent developments in the law. She is a trainer for Propertymark and regularly delivers seminars on all aspects of property management.
In her free time she likes to spend time with her family, go hiking in Switzerland and the Lake District, and enjoys running. Less active pursuits include reading and enjoying a glass of red wine.
