Jenny is a Partner in our Property & Commercial Litigation team. Prior to joining Wilsons, Jenny was a Director at Fieldfisher which she joined as a trainee, qualifying as a solicitor in 2008.

Jenny deals with a wide range of commercial disputes with a particular focus on High Court litigation and arbitration.  She has extensive experience in high value, complex, and document-heavy litigation and has acted for and against individuals, SMEs, banking institutions and international corporations.  Jenny enjoys the broad nature of her practice which has included disputes concerning commercial contracts, pensions fraud, professional negligence, shareholder/partnership issues, finance-related and insolvency issues, and cross-border enforcement.

Jenny often assists clients from the first sign of an issue so as to try and prevent the dispute arising at all.  If this is not possible, she will work with her clients to conduct costs/risks analyses and manage the dispute.  She is a great supporter of alternative dispute resolution methods and also encourages the use of technology for more efficient and therefore more cost-effective dispute resolution.
